Sales Tax Information

State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of New York and Iowa only. All orders outside of New York and Iowa will not be charged.

Damage Claims

In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify UPS and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us

Cancellations

In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.

Coupons and Discount Codes

Occasionally we feature promotional coupons.  Follow these simple steps for redeeming a coupon or discount code.

1. On the "Proceed to Checkout" page, enter the code exactly as it appears, in the box next to "Coupon Code:"
2. Codes are case sensitive.
3. Click "apply" and your discount will be applied and shown at checkout.

Gift Certificates

To purchase a gift certificate, please click here, enter an amount, name, email and gift message and click “add to cart”.
An email will be sent to the recipient with your gift message and gift certificate code. See an example.

Redeeming a Discountedperfumeshop.com gift certificate is easy:
1. Select the items you want and add them to your Shopping Cart.
2. You can claim your gift certificate by entering its claim code on the Shopping Cart page.
