In order to return merchandise, an RMA number must be obtained from our customer care department at customercare@discountedperfumeshop.com , RMA requests are only processed within 6 days of the receipt of the order.
Unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 20 days of receipt. A refund will be issued less any shipping/gift wrapping charges.
No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization.
Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health reasons.
Please make your selections carefully.

- RMA number
- Full name and address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Packing slip
- Original Order Confirmation Number
- Your reason for returning the merchandise
Please return the merchandise to:
Our Warehouse Address provided by our customer care Department by email along with your RMA Number.
All returns must be shipped back to Discountedperfumeshop.com using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)
Any package that has not been received by Discountedperfumeshop.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
